Ritzy lac 9D Cat Eye PUMA 197 is a new MAGNETIC gel polish from Ritzy Nails Illusion collection (191-200)

191-198 lac are 9D cat eyes gel polishes with a million glitters and colours of magnetic dust.
There are also tiny bits of Yuki flakes added that give the colour an absolute endless volume and cosmic effect.

It is best to apply these colours over a black background such as Ritzy Nails Rubber Base Black 01 or Ritzy Lac  Black 64.

The numbers 199 and 200 are called CRYSTAL cat-eye.
These colours can be applied over any colour for a tender cat-eye effect in a French or nude manicure.
