Ritzy Lac CRYSTAL Cat Eye PINK PANTHER  200 is a new MAGNETIC gel polish from Ritzy Nails Illusion collection (191-200)

191-198 lac are 9D cat eyes gel polishes with a million glitters and colours of magnetic dust.
There are also tiny bits of Yuki flakes added that give the colour an absolute endless volume and cosmic effect.

It is best to appl y them over a Ritzy Lac Rubber Base Black 01 or Black Lac 64.

The numbers 199 and 200 are called CRYSTAL cat-eye.
These colours can be applied over any colour for a tender cat-eye effect in a French or nude manicure.
